Shipping policy

All art will be carefully packaged and boxed for shipping. I take great care in packing and shipping art to my collectors.

When an order is received, it will be shipped in 3-5 business days, (usually sooner), via USPS priority mail, or FedEx ground, depending on the size of the parcel. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped. 

International shipping will vary depending on country. 

All orders valued over $300 require a signature at delivery.

Return Policy

Original Painting Returns

I want you to be delighted with your new painting. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your artwork. You may return your art in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Print Returns

Prints/reproductions are not returnable. If your print is damaged in shipping please contact me.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.
